In the License and Support (LaS), OpMon is supplied only with the software and the respective training and support services. OpServices delivers the software and the specific licenses for the proposed monitoring environment. The addition of new business processes, objects to be monitored and hardware upgrades receives assistance from OpServices, but is the responsibility of the client, as are the control of the platform and the development of new plug-ins. The charge is made based on the number of hosts monitored by the platform or based on the number of objects.
