In the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, OpMon is offered as a service. OpServices supplies the hardware and software infrastructure as well as the set-up and maintenance. The addition of new business processes and objects to be monitored, hardware and software upgrades, and the development of plug-ins are part of the contract. With this choice, the total cost of ownership (TCO) is around 50% lower than with the traditional model, because there is no immobilized hardware, software or technical labor. With OpMon SaaS, the charge is based on the number of objects monitored by the platform, and varies according to the client’s IT environment.
