The Premium is the most comprehensive and traditional OpMon model. It is offered services rendering (Software as a Service), completely solving the IT management. It contains all the available modules, distributed through a highly scalable platform, and has been conceived to attend the most complex environments. Regarding the IT monitoring and management, the OpMon Premium offers all functionalities of the best practices of the most famous proprietary softwares in the market, being distinguished due to its simplicity, flexibility and fast deployment.
The OpMon Premium provides availability and performance visibility in large, heterogeneous and distributed environments, using market standards (SNMP, syslog, WMI) and agents (NRPE, OpMonAgent and OpServices plug-ins) for data collection.
The OpServices provides the hardware and software infrastructure, along with configuration and continuous maintenance. New business processes and assets for monitoring, hardware and software upgrades and the development of agents are part of the services rendering contract in a comprehensive way.
In the OpMon Premium, the values are based on the number of devices managed by the platform, and vary in accordance with the conditions of the customer IT environment. There is more flexibility in comparison to the traditional model of purchase of licenses, as the value of the services is related to the changes on the customer IT environment (on demand), and the total cost of ownership (TCO) is around 50% less than the traditional model because it does not turn hardware, software and technical labor into assets.
DaVINCI Executive Dashboards
It displays and executive summary of the OpMon management data, showing the alerts history, % of incidents, hosts and services with more problems, unavailability, SLA and others. It is ideal to be used in projectors or LCD/Plasma screens in datacenters and similar locations, in order to follow up with the health of the whole computational and business environment of the company. It easys the creation of new panels and the acess sharing with other users. As an example, you can adapt a panel to display only the health of the finance department systems.
Availability Report
The module show the duration interval of each problem, allowing the visualization of the time percentage during which an element, equipment or service, as well as their associated services, were functioning, in a specific time period. It allows performing vertical times cuts, to generate distinct reports for 24x7 or 8x5 periods, for example. It also allows disregarding scheduled maintenance windows, in order to get more accurate percentages. It can also visualize, through a histogram, the problems faced by a specific element or service in a defined time interval.
