Overview
The OpMon is a complete platform for IT Governance, Business Process Monitoring and Systems & Network Management, integrated into a single hardware and software platform fully tailored to meet the IT needs and environment of each client.
- Built using innovative architecture, OpMon offers wide coverage, is highly configurable, flexible and scalable, and meets the recommendations of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). It supports the best IT governance practices and attends all environments, both from the point of view of the final user and the technicians, who need more details.
- Practically all the items in the data center can be managed and measured with OpMon, from air conditioning to web applications. Reports on Capacity Planning, Availability, Service Level Agreements (SLA), Service Level Management (SLM) and Service Catalog are easily accessible and customizable, with uncomplicated, scheduled delivery. By following the recommendations of ITIL, OpMon is, moreover, able to assist in controlling Service Delivery.
- OpMon is supplied with the hardware platform (optionally), in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, or under license, in the traditional model (LaS). In both modalities, OpServices offers complete consultation and training which enable full use of the platform capabilities.
